RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Refunds are only offered for damaged goods and contact must be made within 24 hours of receival of goods. Please contact us using the Contact form on the website or by emailing us at foreverflora.au@outlook.com . We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence to support your claim and assist us in understanding how we can prevent damage in future.
PICKUP OPTION
Pickup is available from Meadow Springs 6210. Please select this option at checkout and we will be in touch with a time and address for pickup.
DELIVERY POLICY
Please ensure the correct delivery address is supplied! We do not offer replacements for incorrect delivery information.
If the wrong delivery information is provided and re-delivery is required, we may charge you additional delivery costs.
Delivery times are not guaranteed, especially where delivery is via post. While we aspire to have deliveries out within 7 business days, we cannot guarantee arrival time. For the majority of interstate deliveries, allow 10-15 business days for Standard Postage and 3-5 business days for Express Post.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss of package once it has left our premises. There will be no refunds for damage caused during transit. By purchasing delivery, you accepting the risk and we will not be held accountable. We will do our best to package the arrangement as best as possible to protect it's form!
WEDDING & EVENT POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable.
Quotes are only valid for 30 days, if deposits are not made within the 30 days, that quote becomes invalid and new quote will need to be issued unless agreed upon.
Once a deposit has been paid, changes to the original quote can be made but cannot be reduced by more than 20%. All changes will be recorded and new invoices will be issued with each change.
If your wedding/event is cancelled within 30 days of the event, your balance will remain payable by the due date. The only exception is in the case of force majeure, in which case you are liable for the non-refundable deposit and any materials that had already been purchased for your event.
If your wedding/event is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event, then you are only liable for the non-refundable deposit.
All accounts are to be settled 30 days prior to the event date. We reserve the right not to deliver our products and services if the account is not settled. If we do not receive payment 30 days prior and you have not made contact with us, we will cancel your reservation.
If you are requiring an installation for your event, please ensure you notify the venue of the installation and ensure that it is permitted to be installed. We do not offer refunds for installations that are created and not able to be installed due to venue policy.
